At the moment, I have to match each invoice in Quickbooks and then return and subtract the credit card fee so it will close and not show a balance due. (the fee) It might work better with payment in full and then a separate transaction for the fee or the ability for Maroo to update the invoice in Quickbooks once the payment method is determined.
